Damaged goods / Return & refund

Damaged item :

If an item is damaged in transit, please let us know within 2 weeks of delivery, and send us pictures of the damaged item and the packaging, so we can file a claim with our courier and replace your item free of charge. Failure to let us know in time will result in us missing the dead line to file a claim and we will not be able to make any replacement.

 

Returns & Refunds :

We will provide a full refund for the items you have received if you do not wish to keep them, provided you let us know using our contact form, within 2 weeks of delivery and you will wait for a reply from us.

Please note : we will refund the returned items only, but not the return postage or your initial delivery cost.

Items returned to us worth more than £10 will need to be tracked to ensure a safe delivery.

Refund will be activated within 48h of delivery, if goods are return in the same condition we shipped them to you : we expect you to open the packages, try things out without damaging them and put them back in their initial packaging along with any leaflets included (please do not tear appart the manufacturer's box).

If the item has been lightly used, we might still be able to refund it (if within two weeks of delivery still), but we would charge a small fee for reconditioning.
